Cancellation Due To Weather
Any scheduled trip may be cancelled at the discretion of the captain due to weather or any other circumstances. All deposits or prepayments are refundable for trips cancelled by the captain and/or boat problems. This does not include trips started and cut short due to client request, rule violations or inclement weather.
Outside 7 Days
Guests cancelling a charter before 7 days prior to a scheduled trip may receive a full refund or move prepayments.
7 Days to 48 Hours
Guests cancelling a charter within 7 days to 48 hours prior to a scheduled trip may apply prepayments toward a future charter with no refund on prepayments/deposits
48hrs to scheduled day
Loss of all prepayments with no option to rebook and can result into getting charged for full price on card used for prepayments/deposits.
Night of or No Show day of
Can result into getting charged for the full trip on the card used for prepayments/deposits.
